The home search and the financing, finally on the same page.
Helping first-time and move-up buyers across the Phoenix metro see their options, understand the numbers on both sides, and own with confidence. No guesswork, no handoffs, and a clear plan from the first call.
5.0 on Google from past clients
Every buyer starts somewhere different.
Pick the path that sounds like you. Each one has its own guide, questions to ask, and next steps.
First-time buyers
What you can afford, what lenders look for, and every step in order.
New construction
Someone on your side of the builder deal, from lot choice to final walkthrough.
Move-up buyers
Sell and buy on a timeline that works, without getting stuck in between.
FHA and VA buyers
How these loans shape your search, your offer, and your inspection.
Most of my clients don't start out ready. That's where I come in.
Credit that needs work, high debt, new income, or savings still in progress. We figure out what is holding you back and build a plan to get you ready, at your pace.
One person for the home and the financing behind it.
Most buyers juggle an agent, a lender, and a lot of guessing. As a licensed Realtor and Arizona mortgage loan originator, I can walk you through both sides in one conversation, so your plan holds up from the first call to the closing table.
You are always free to choose your own lender or agent.
Straight answers, no guesswork.
I lay the whole process out step by step before you commit to anything. Here is what working together looks like.
A team, start to finish
We set the goal together and make every decision together. For many of my first-time buyers, that goal is to finally stop renting and own something of their own.
Education over pressure
I would rather overexplain than leave you in the dark. You will know what is happening, why, and what comes next.
Cards on the table
You see every option and the tradeoffs, then choose what fits you best. You should feel confident in your choice and empowered by your purchase.
The best deal on both sides
My job is to help you get the best deal I can on the home and on the mortgage.
Your advocate, not just your agent.
In Arizona, a real estate agent owes their client a fiduciary duty: to protect and promote the client's interests and to deal fairly with everyone involved. Builders, sellers, and their agents all have someone looking out for them. When you work with me, so do you. I take the role of trusted advisor seriously.

Real estate runs in the family.
I'm a third-generation real estate professional. My grandfather was a commercial real estate investor, and my father has spent about 25 years in the business as a broker-owner. I have been licensed since 2018 and am dual-licensed in real estate and mortgage, so I can connect the home search with the financing behind it.

Questions buyers ask me.
Do I need perfect credit to buy a home in Arizona?
Not necessarily. Loan programs have different credit guidelines, and many buyers qualify without a perfect score. If you are not there yet, we build a plan for what to work on first. See how I help buyers get ready. Approval always depends on your full situation and the lender's guidelines.
How much do I need saved to buy a home?
It depends on the loan type, the price range, and whether you qualify for any assistance. Plan for a down payment, closing costs, and a cushion after you move in. On our call I will show you real numbers for your situation. You may also want to read my down payment assistance guide.
Should I use the builder's agent when buying new construction?
The builder's sales team works for the builder. Having your own agent means someone is looking out for your interests on upgrades, lot selection, incentives, and inspections. Many builders require your agent to be with you on your first visit, so reach out before you tour.
Can the same person be my Realtor and my loan officer?
Yes, when they hold both licenses. It can mean fewer handoffs and clearer answers. You are never required to use the same person for both, and you are free to choose any lender or agent you like.
